Richard Cline - Of Counsel
Richard was admitted to the practice of law in 1981 after graduating from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University School. His practice focuses on all aspects of criminal defense, from simple traffic tickets and drunk driving to death penalty murder cases. Richard also represents professional individuals (attorneys, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and others) when their professional license is at risk. Effective October 1, 2004, Mr. Cline became Of Counsel to Mitchell+Pencheff, Fraley, Catalano & Boda Co., LPA.

Richard is a admitted to practice before all Ohio Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Richard is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Criminal Law Committee.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Richard now lives with his wife and children in Powell, Ohio, where he was Mayor from 1998 - 1999 and has served on the Powell City Council since 1996. Richard is a retired Major in the US Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. after 25 years of service in the Ohio Army National Guard.
